Production & shipping times
This piece is made to order, so it is produced after you place the order rather than pulled from a shelf. Production takes 3-7 business days, then 5-10 business days in transit from the USA. The estimated delivery window near the price is calculated from those times.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering and before production starts, at no charge. After that the piece is already being made and the order cannot be cancelled. Email us as soon as you can and we will tell you where your order stands.
How is it packaged and delivered?
Pieces ship in rigid, corner-protected packaging with tracking on every order. Oversized pieces travel by freight or large-parcel carrier and the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, which may need a signature.
Hanging and care
Hang out of direct sunlight and away from damp. Dust with a dry, soft cloth; do not use cleaning sprays or solvents. Multi-panel sets include a spacing guide so the panels line up the way they do in the photos.
