Damaged or defective pieces are replaced free: report them within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering and before production starts, at no charge. After that the piece is already being made and the order cannot be cancelled. Email us as soon as you can and we will tell you where your order stands.
How is it packaged and delivered?

Pieces ship in rigid, corner-protected packaging with tracking on every order. Oversized pieces travel by freight or large-parcel carrier and the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, which may need a signature.
Hanging and care
